Strategic Leadership Partner

Jess Lamb, M.S.Ed, is an instructional consultant and leadership partner dedicated to solving one of the most critical yet under-addressed challenges in education: instructional consistency and teacher retention. Bringing over a decade of embedded school community experience, Jess rejects short-term, "fly-in" professional development frameworks in favor of deep internal capacity building that directly impacts classroom outcomes.

As a former classroom teacher at James C. Rosser Elementary in Moorhead, Mississippi, Jess established an undeniable, data-backed track record of success, achieving an 84% Proficient/Advanced rate in mathematics and a 97% overall pass rate on the Mississippi Academic Assessment Program (MAAP). Her work is grounded in the philosophy that when instructional quality improves, leadership burnout decreases and teacher retention follows. At Bloom, she embeds within school ecosystems to coach educators in real time, translate complex student analytics into localized action, and install sustainable instructional cultures.
