Through her coaching work with TNTP and SPED Strategies, Jess coached Special Education directors to design and oversee tiered intervention systems, Tier 2/3 supports, and progress monitoring structures aligned to a Response to Intervention framework — work conducted in districts serving high-poverty, underserved communities with significant Special Education populations.
