To address these systemic needs, Jessica earned a Master of Public Administration in Program Evaluation from George Washington University. Today, she works to build organizational capacity in Mississippi, guiding foundations and nonprofits to move beyond retroactive compliance and toward a culture of continuous strategic learning. A committed advocate for regional excellence, she serves on the boards of Mississippi First and the Gulf Coast Evaluation
Association, empowering leaders to measure and communicate the meaningful outcomes that drive true community change.
